What is your session cancellation policy?

You can reschedule or cancel your session up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. These options are available in your original appointment confirmation sent to you by email. Your therapist will be notified automatically of the changes and you will be sent a new email confirmation with details to join the secure online session room.


If you need to cancel or reschedule your session within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time, we are unable to refund your session. Please notify Common Care Support immediately by email at support@commoncarecentral.com.
