How do I discontinue sessions on Common Care?

Common Care Online Therapy and Coaching is on a pay-per-session basis and offers pre-pay packages to purchase multiple sessions at discounted prices. You are not bound to remain on the platform and can discontinue therapy anytime.

If you need to temporarily pause your online sessions due to travel or any reasons, please communicate with your therapist or coach to make arrangements. Any pre-paid sessions will not expire and you will be able to continue with us again when you are ready to return.


If you wish to permanently remove your personal information record, please contact Common Care Support Team by email at support@commoncarecentral.com so that we can respond to your request immediately. We respect your privacy and strictly adhere to Personal Data Privacy Ordinance regulation.
