Terms and Conditions of Campaign
The campaign promoter is Common Care Limited (“we”, “us” and “the Promoter”), a company registered in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“Hong Kong”) with company number 2917076 and our registered office is at Unit 2302, 23/F, New World Tower 1, 18 Queen’s Road, Central, Hong Kong. The giveaway is open to residents of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region aged 18 years or over, except current clients of Common Care Limited, employees of Common Care Limited and anyone currently engaged in a part-time, full-time or freelance capacity with the organisation.
The giveaway beneficiary (“winner”, “entrant” “giveaway recipient”) and eligibility is determined by the Promoter.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this giveaway.
By entering this giveaway, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
First date for entry is October 10 2020. Final date for entry will be October 31 2020. After this date, no further entries to the giveaway will be accepted or considered.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
The rules of the giveaway and how to enter are as follows:
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a political event, public health pandemic, catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate giveaway details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with the organization or campaign.
The entrant must complete the official entry sign-up form to confirm registration to enter the giveaway on www.commoncarecentral.com/world-mental-health-day. The entrant must also be following the official account @commoncarecentral on Facebook or Instagram AND ‘like’ or ‘share’ at least 1 official campaign-related post by the closing date of Oct 31 2020 in order to enter. Common Care Limited holds final discretion in the case of a dispute of entrant eligibility.
The giveaway is as follows:
The giveaway is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The giveaway is not transferable.
Giveaway winners will be chosen on a first-come-first-serve basis from all entries received and verified by organizer and promoter as measured and recorded and verified by organizer and promoter.
Number of eligible giveaway winners is not capped. The value of the giveaway is capped at HK$8000 value of online therapy credit that can be redeemed with Common Care Limited for online therapy.
The giveaway winners will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the giveaway prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
By entering this giveaway, the entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of Hong Kong and we each irrevocably agree to submit all disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, except that the Company at its election may submit a dispute or bring a claim against you in a court on any other jurisdiction which has jurisdiction over you.
The winner and any entrant consent to use of their entry in the campaign by the Promoter in any publicity material, such as for the purpose of announcing the results of the campaign. The Promoter agrees to request for consent in the case of any use of identifiable or personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants in any public material or marketing promotions. All submitted entry information by the winner or any entrants may will be used solely in accordance with current Hong Kong data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
The winners will be contacted to confirm the giveaway prize 28 days after closing date by email from the following address only: community[at]commoncarecentral.com
Entry into the giveaway will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, or any other social network. You are providing your information to Common Care Limited and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy found at https://www.commoncarecentral.com/privacy-policy and Personal Information Collection Statement at https://www.commoncarecentral.com/personal-information-collection-statement.
Common Care Limited will judge the giveaway and decide on the winner at the closing date.
Common Care Limited‘s decision as to those able to take part and selection of winners is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.
Common Care Limited shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
Common Care Central also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
