About Me
Kaitlyn is an Australian Registered Clinical Psychologist, fluent in English and Cantonese. She holds a Master of Counselling Psychology, a Master of Behavioural Health, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.
With a calm and compassionate presence, Kaitlyn works collaboratively with adults (18+) to support healing and meaningful change. Her integrative approach draws from Psychodynamic Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Schema Therapy, with a strong emphasis on attachment patterns, somatic awareness, and unconscious processes.
She is passionate about creating a safe and culturally sensitive space, helping clients explore early relational experiences, emotional blocks, and deeper patterns that may be keeping them stuck. Her work is grounded in the belief that lasting transformation comes from connecting to both the conscious and unconscious aspects of the self.
Kaitlyn supports clients in building self-awareness, emotional regulation, and self-compassion, guiding them toward healthier relationships with themselves and others.
