What is Online Therapy?

Online therapy or teletherapy, like traditional face-to-face therapy, can be effective in the treatment of a number of mental health issues. In a review of studies published in the journal World Journal of Psychiatry, patients receiving mental health treatment through video conferencing reported "high levels of satisfaction." 

Online therapy is a form of talk therapy provided through online communication channels, such as video and internet-based phone conferencing. Qualified mental health professionals or Therapists invest in your mental wellbeing and provide therapeutic support for your mental health needs.
