How does video and phone Online Therapy work?

Common Care provides Online Therapy by qualified therapists through a video and internet-phone conferencing tool. To attend online therapy, it is not necessary to download any external applications or software to your personal device. All online therapy sessions are hosted using Web Conferencing Tool that you can access via an internet browser.

At the time of session scheduling, select whether you would like to have a video or phone therapy session with your therapist.

Upon booking a session, you will receive your private online session room link to access at the appointment time.

Before your session,  we recommend checking your internet connection and testing your device's camera and microphone. Try to find a quiet and private space ahead of time to get the most out of your session.

To begin a video or internet-phone therapy session, click on the secure meeting link sent to your email address. Please be on time and wait for your therapist to let you enter the room.
