How do I change my scheduled session time?
Sometimes, work or other obligations come up. After you book a session, you should receive an appointment confirmation email at your registered email address.
To reschedule your session time, open the confirmation email and click on the link to reschedule your session through the online calendar and booking tool.
Your therapist or coach will receive a similar email notification regarding the changed session time. Make sure to look out for a new confirmation email!
If your appointment time is within the next 48 hours and you cannot attend the session, please contact Common Care Support immediately at support@commoncarecentral.com to make schedule re-arrangements.
You will need to schedule another appointment through the shared booking calendar.
