About Me

I am committed to helping clients overcome challenges in a supportive and safe environment. With a warm and empathetic approach, I work collaboratively with clients to increase confidence and resolve issues in both personal and professional aspects of their lives.

Having previously worked as a teacher, I have observed the stresses and pressures young people can experience due to exams, influences from peers and the transition into adulthood. I also have experience working with parents, who themselves may be encountering their own challenges supporting their child through these developmental phases.

Having moved to Hong Kong from London, I am familiar with some of the difficulties that may come with relocation and acclimatisation to a new place. I have worked with individuals making similar transitions and supported them with relationship issues and adapting to new work environments.

In addition, I have experience working with individuals covering a wide range of issues such as low self-esteem, anxiety, depression and stress.

I primarily use evidence based techniques that include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

In my free time I enjoy travelling, listening to music and volunteering.
